Meriden - Jane Parsons Johnson, 94 died Sunday, August 22, 2004 at Miller Memorial Convalescent Home. Jane was born July 20, 1910 in Sutton, Quebec. She graduated from Richford Vermont High School in 1928 and earned her nursing diploma from Hartford Hospital in 1931. She worked as a nurse until she married Raymond H. Johnson in 1937. She is survived by three daughters and their husbands, Lee and David Lutz, Andrea and John DeSandre, Susan and John Brunderman, a son-in-law, John A. Doyle Jr., seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. Jane was predeceased in death by her beloved husband, Raymond and two daughters, Rae Johnson and Billie Doyle. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 164 Hanover St., Meriden. Arrangements are under the direction of Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Immanuel Lutheran Church.
