In Southington, June 12, 2002, Joan Onofrio Smith, 65, wife of Arthur H. Smith of 683 Ledgeview Ct., Southington, formerly of West Woods Rd., Hamden. Mother of Kevin Smith of Jensen Beach, FL, Keith Smith of Hamden and predeceased by an infant daughter, Susan Ilene Smith. Joan was born in Hamden, Feb. 1,1937, daughter of the late Anthony and Tosca Amirighi Onofrio. She was a former member of the Hamden Junior Women's Club. Graveside funeral service will be held at St. Mary Cemetery, Hamden, Saturday, June 15 at 11 a.m. Arrangements with BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
