It is with great sadness and emotion we announce our beloved John Michael Cronin, “JMC,” “The Man,” “JUG,” age 66, passed away peacefully at his home on September 18, 2024. John was a man of many talents. He co-owned Romeo’s Triumph, where he honed his motorcycle repair and mechanic skills. He also started and managed his own business, C&C Building Services, in which he built a name for himself as a master carpenter and remodeler. John later worked for the City of Milford BOE for many years, sharing his knowledge and skills with all. John had a love for carpentry, a commitment to rescuing animals, and a passion for riding his Harley. Upon retirement he was able to do what he loved best, tinker. He was a master tinkerer who could be found working in “Jug’s Garage” or in his driveway on a daily basis. John was a friend to all who wouldn’t think twice about helping another in need, two or four-legged. He is loved and missed by his wife, Jane Palmieri-Cronin, his daughter Kerilyn and her husband Michael Apuzzo, along with two grandchildren, McKenna and Aaron, whom he loved immensely, Ann Berman “his Mom,” Ellen Highkin, and numerous friends whom he considered family. His presence will be missed beyond words. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to a GoFundMe in JMC’s honor at https://www.gofundme.com/f/honoring-johns-memory-with-compassion.
