John William DeAngelo passed away suddenly in Northford on August 16, 2012 . Born February 21, 1965 , son of Joseph and Vera (DeAlmo) DeAngelo of Wallingford, father of Anthony John DeAngelo who resided with him in Northford, Andrew John DeAngelo, Bryan Scott and Dana William Mellor. He was the beloved brother of Joseph (Marion) DeAngelo of Potomac, MD, Elizabeth (Daniel) Murphy of Wallingford and Carolyn (Kevin) Kita of Enfield. He also leaves his loving nieces and nephews, Kayla and Sean Murphy, and Elizabeth and Nathan Kita. John graduated from North Haven High School in 1983 and attended Paier College of Art. He worked in the graphics art field for many years. He was an avid painter of wildlife, and also enjoyed woodworking. Friends may visit on Sunday, August 19, 2012 at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral service Monday morning in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. followed by interment in Centerville Cemeter. Contributions in John's memory may be sent to American Heart Association, 5 Brookside Dr , Wallingford , CT 06492 or to the charity of your choice.
