Joshua Mark Yorio, 23, of Kissimmee FL, formerly of Hamden, passed away on February 25, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family after a lengthy illness. Born on July 19, 1991, he was the beloved son to Mark & Maria Vasquez Yorio of Kissimmee, FL. Besides his parents, Joshua is survived by his sister, Rebekah Yorio of Kissimmee, FL; his grandfather, Thomas Vasquez-Colon of Kissimmee, FL; Grama Toni of Hamden, and a variety of relatives & friends. Joshua was an Honor student at Valencia College, studying to become a speech pathologist. He enjoyed playing the drums, video games, and loved school. Friends are invited to visit with his family on Wednesday, March 4th from 9:00 to 11:00AM at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. His Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home followed by a burial in Beaverdale Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joshua's memory may be sent to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation, 8009 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32809-9916 or www.cornerstonehospicegiving.org.
