Guestbook

  1. I was so sorry to hear about Karen’s passing. Karen was a lovely woman both inside and out. I had the pleasure of working with her for several years, we laughed a lot together and Karen was such a dedicated worker. I recently talked to Karen on Facebook when she was sharing pictures of her beautiful grandchildren that she adored. I had no idea Karen was sick and had been battling for so many years. My heart goes out to her family and friends over this great loss. May she always be remembered for her kind heart and beautiful smile. Karen will be missed.

  2. Tom and Maria, I am so sorry to hear the news about Karen. I was blessed to have met her and enjoyed the times we shared at your house. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

  3. This is Karen’s friend from kindergarten, Kathy, from down Monsey Heights Road. We splashed around in the backyard pool together in 1961, snuck into Requa Lake in the 70s and shared many things throughout our high school years at Spring Valley Senior High. I am SO very sorry to the family for your loss. Karen and I kept in touch at Christmas and on birthdays over the decades and I learned of her health challenges a while back, but after she was doing better hadn’t heard from her for a while. When I called recently for her birthday and didn’t hear back….it is uncanny….somehow I knew…how a connection can last over half a century I do not know, but I have Never checked an obituary before but somehow tonight I simply ‘knew’ to do so. My deepest, most heartfelt condolences to family and friends.
