Lois Gustavson Bentley

In Wallingford, April 8, 2008, Lois Gustavson Bentley, 86, wife of the late Richard Wesley Bentley, Sr. formerly of Hamden, stepmother of Richard Wesley Bentley, Jr. and his wife Gale of Hamden, Linda Woodward and her husband John Coassin of Hamden, grandmother of Heather Quilghini and her husband John of Clinton, Travis Woodward and his wife Iwona of Hamden, Kevin Woodward of Hamden and great-grandmother of David Piccola, Jr. of Clinton and Laura Woodward of Hamden. Lois had worked as a supervisor for SNET Co. and retired in 1974 after 35 years of service. She enjoyed gardening, reading and knitting. Funeral service Friday, April 11 at 11 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Friends may call Friday from 10 - 11 a.m. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
