Louise A. Borsari

Louise Ann Borsari, 76, beloved wife of Edward W. Borsari of Hamden, passed away October 16, 2022 after a brief illness. She was born in New Haven October 7, 1946, a daughter of the late Henry and Frances Aranci Tosetti, and had resided in North Haven for many years before moving to Hamden. She was employed at Bristol Myers Squibb prior to retirement.
Being with her family was most important to Louise throughout her life. She was the loving mother of Ronald Perrelli Jr., the late Andrew Perrelli and daughter-in-law Genovaite Perrelli, Louise (Leonard) Salvati, Edward P. (Donna) Borsari, and Mark (Tracy Nunez) Borsari, sister of Roberta Mancini, grandmother of Lukas and Erich Perrelli, Amanda Erba, and Zack Borsari, and great-grandmother of Alaina Erba and Brandon Christopher Erba. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren truly were the lights of her life. She also leaves her beloved dog, Bruno.
A true Christian, Louise was devoted to her Catholic faith as an active member and Eucharistic Minister of St. Stephen’s Church and St. Rita Church/St. Paul VI Parish. She greatly enjoyed knitting and crafting with her grandchildren, was an excellent cook and enjoyed baking, and also loved spending the holidays with her family. Her kind spirit and willingness to always help those in need will be missed by all who knew her.
Friends may visit with her family at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden Saturday morning, October 22nd, from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Rita Church/St. Paul VI Parish at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Centerville Cemetery.
