Louise Arnold Lacoske
Louise B. (Arnold) Lacoske, a Meriden resident all her life passed away on July 30, 2016 at the age of 100. Born January 12, 1916 she was a daughter of the late Charles M. Arnold & Anna T. (Morse) Arnold. A 1933 Meriden High School Graduate and graduate of St. Francis School of Nursing in Hartford, Louise was formerly employed as an Dental Assistant for Dr. Harry Rosenburg for many years. She is survived by her son, Jere B. Lacoske of Niantic; her grandchildren, Jere M. & his wife Korin Lacoske of Higganum, Brett F. & his wife Kelley Lacoske of Deep River and Gwen Lacoske of So. Meriden and great grandchildren, Jennifer, Kelley, Michelle, Brett, Jonathan, Jessica & Ashley. Louise was predeceased by her sister Charlotte Oehley & brothers Gordon, Arthur, Carl & Raymond Arnold. Friends may attend her Funeral Service on Thursday, August 4th at 11:00 AM in Beecher & Bennett - Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave, Meriden. Her interment will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill.
My few visits with Louise in the last 2 years are pleasant memories. Though she was ready to go be with the Lord, she enjoyed talking about our days together in Ladies Aid at St. John Lutheran church. She also enjoyed the books we shared about. What a legacy, God bless her family.
