Louise M. Kunze
Meriden- Louise M. Kunze, 99, wife of the late Albert T. Kunze passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2008 at MidState Medical Center. She was born December 4, 1908 in Albany, NY a daughter of the late George and Catherine (Pritchard) Johnson. Louise attened the New Apostolic Church of Woodbridge, was a member of the Eastern Star, Westwood Court Order of the Amaranth and had worked at the Thompson Candy Co. . The family would like to thank the Bradley Home, where Louise lived for the last 9 years, for their excellent care, service and compassion. An additional thank-you is extended to MidState Medical Center, Pavillion D and Dr. Martell for their dedication to Louise. She is survived by three grandchildren, Charlene Krock, Jeffrey Kondracki and Kevin Diaz all of Meriden, seven great-grandchildren, Gary Allen Krock, Holly Krock, Keith and Robert Kondracki and Joseph, Melissa and Joshua Diaz, and several nieces and nephews, Lynn Goos of California., Patty Lamonthe of Meriden and Donna MacDonald of Wallingford. She was predeceased by a daughter Jeanette Kondracki. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 5 at 10:00am at the Hubbard Chapel at Walnut Grove Cemetery, Meriden. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. There are no calling hours. The Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden is in charge of the arrangements.
We are sorry to hear of Aunt Louise’s passing and are thankful for having visited her a few months ago. She recognized me and that made me feel very special. She was one of my favorite aunts. We will miss this wonderful and vibrant women of 99+ years, and cherish the times we spent with her. May the remaining members of her family remember and rejoice in all the good times spent with Louise.
