Luigi Olivieri

Luigi Olivieri, age 94, passed away on December 3, 2012 in New Britain. Formerly of the New Haven area he was the husband of the late Maria Massaro Olivieri. He is survived by a nephew Anthony Olivieri of Conroe, TX and several other nieces and nephews locally. Luigi was born in Foggio, Italy, Sept. 11, 1918 a son of the late Michele and Angelina Olivieri. Before his retirement he worked at the former New Haven Water Company. Friends may call at BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden on Friday, December 7, 2012 from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. His Mass of Christian Burial will follow in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Hamden at 10:00 a.m. Entombment will take place in All Saints Mausoleum in North Haven.
