Marcelline Thomas

Meriden- Marcelline B. Thomas, 86, wife of the late Paul Thomas, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2016. She was born March 6, 1930 in Saskatchewan, Canada, a daughter of the late Adrien and Adrienne (Marois) Beland. She lived in Canada most of her life before moving to Connecticut to live with her son. Marcelline loved crafts, planting, growing and selling plants and flowers. She was a member of the Meriden Senior Center and attended St. Joseph Church. She is survived by three sons, Adrien Thomas of Vermont, Gerald Thomas of Colorado and Richard Thomas of Meriden, seven grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, ten great-great grandchildren, and many brothers, sisters and extended family in Canada. A funeral service for Marcelline will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 11am at Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. Burial will be with her husband in Canada.
