  3. I want to send my condolences to the Vogt family. I was a student at Montowese school in the mid sixties and had Mrs. Vogt as my 5th Grade teacher. I loved her! She was a wonderful, kind, and funny person/teacher. I remember she had a reputation of being .tough.. When I knew I was going to be in her class I was so .afraid., but after the year I didn’t want to leave her class!!!! She will be fondly remembered.

  4. I was saddened to learn of Marge’s passing. As one of her former Montowese principals, she was well liked as a friend and teacher making favorable and lasting impressions. She was an asset to the community and certainly will be missed. My sincerest condolences.

  5. Very sorry to hear of your loss. Mrs. Vogt was my elementary school teacher at Montowese in the early 80’s. My thoughts and prayers to family and friends.

  6. Dear Billy, Our condolences. We met you and your parents a couple of times when we visited Vermont en Connecticut in the late 90s and early 00’s. We – the Dutch friends – had a great time and especially remember your mother’s great sense of humour and hospitality. All the best to you and your sister in the upcoming period.

  7. I will always remember my visits with your Mom at the lake house-she had so many interesting stories to tell-especially the memories we shared about her cousin and my friend Betty (McNeill). I will miss her as I miss all the McNeills’ who were like family to me.

  8. Dear Sarah-Ann and Billy, I am so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. She was a dynamic lady with a great sense of humor. She was also a great listener, and was always interested in how I was doing in school. I have fond childhood memories spending time with you and your mom and dad. I will never forget our two families on vacation together in Hershey, PA. Being an only child, this was especially fun for me being with you both. I can remember Sarah Ann tickling me for so long, I could hardly breath! I also remember being walked by HubShe, and sitting on the floor with Billy feeding her an entire box of doggy treats. You are both in my thoughts and prayers. Here’s hoping that memories of happier times bring you peace.

  9. Sara-Anne, Just learned and so sorry to hear of your Mom’s passing. I have great memories of her, and of course your Dad and you as well. My best to you and your family.

  10. Dear Bill and Sarah, I am so sorry to hear of the death of your mom. She was a wonderful person and loved her children very much. I have so many memories of her. Our college years, both of us getting married at the end of our junior year. We never entertained the idea that we would teach for over 30 years. We were going to be stay at home moms,!!! I remember how much in love your parents were. Your dad took such good care of her.Our weekly Tuesday nights chats will always be a joyful memory. I remember one night we talked so long we blew your dad’s discount right out of the water!!. I know both of you are taking comfort knowing she is with your dad. I will keep both of you in my prayers

  11. Hi Billy, Was trying to look you guys up and found your mom’s obituary 🙁 I am so sorry for your loss. Both my mom and dad have been gone for a few years now, so I know it must be difficult. Your mom was a special woman and we all adored her. I hope this message finds you in good health and spirit. It’s so sad I didn’t try to reach your mom sooner. Life goes so fast…I will keep your family in my prayers and again, I hope you are well. Love, Audrey (Bott) (Keith’s little sister) Case.

  12. Dear Billy, I called Margaret several times to see how she was doing after July 2010 and none of her telephone numbers seemed to work. I just read her obituary online and I am so saddened to hear that Margaret passed away. She and I spent many hours on the phone and she always spoke fondly of you, Sara-Anne and her grandchildren. Margaret was a very kind, generous woman and always had a story to share no matter what mood you were in. She was always up-beat and optimistic and was such an inspiration to me. I shall miss talking to her on the phone. My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Take care, Cam
