Maria Febles

Maria B. Agosto Febles, 79, of Meriden, passed away on May 21, 2016. She is survived by her daughter Migdalia Febles Rodriguez, sons Harvey and his wife Sandra, Davis and his wife Evelyn, and Odannys and his wife Doris Febles, brother Ramon Agosto, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son Edwin Febles, brothers William and Pablo Agosto, and grandchild Ariana Chrisitine Febles. Maria was born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico on October 22, 1936 to the late Pablo Agosto Cuadrado and Juana Medina Rivera. After she moved to the U.S. she became a self-employed seamstress. She enjoyed sewing and creating the perfect dress or outfit for all of her relatives and friends' special occasions. Above all else, she truly loved her family, who will all miss her caring spirit. Friends are invited to meet DIRECTLY at St. Rose of Lima Church, 35 Center St. Meriden for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated on Thursday, May 26 at 11am. Interment to follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in Maria's memory may be made to Vitas Healthcare 199 Park Rd. Ext. Middlebury, CT 06762.
