Marie Alida Bell

Marie Alida Bell, 90, of Meriden, wife of the late Aubrey E. Bell, passed away at the Bradley Home on April 26, 2013. Born in Meriden on March 14, 1923 to the late Louis and Josie Stiegler L'Heureux. Marie is survived by her three children, Donna (Garrett) Menard of Southington, Alice (Richard) Tompkins of Willimantic, and James (Doreen) Bell of Willimantic; five grand children, six great grandchildren; sister, Peggy Long and sister-in-law, Charlotte Bell, both of the Bradley Home. She was predeceased by a grandson, Raymond Semrau; sister, Loraine Migliori; brother, Nestor L'Heureux. Maire was a life long resident of Meriden having worked at numerous factories in town. She was a devoted Democrat who loved crossword puzzles and reading. Her family would like to thank the Bradley Home for the wonderful care provided to Marie and her family.
