Marion Joan Dell
Marion Joan Dell, 75, of Hamden formerly of New Haven, passed away in New Haven, July 1, 2005 after a brief illness. She was born in New Haven, January 18, 1930 a daughter of the late Murdo Hugh Angus and Eleanor Davenport Murray and graduated from the former Commercial High School. She was an inspector at Geometric Tool Company for many years prior to her retirement. Mrs. Dell is survived by her children, Eleanor Cosenza of Hamden, Cynthia Badillo of Meriden and John Dell of Jacksonville, FL, 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Margaret Quirk and 3 brothers, Richard, Hugh and Harold Murray. Friends may call on Tuesday, July 5th at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden from 5 - 8 p.m. Prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery will be private.

I was so sorry to hear the news of Marion’s passing. Although we didn’t visit often, we were always glad to see each other and share stories about our children.
