MARJORIE T. 'MIDGE' BISHOP Marjorie T. 'Midge' Bishop, wife of the late Earl D. Bishop of Belden Rd passed away unexpectedly June 14, 2009 in the Hospital of St. Raphael. Loving mother of Linda S. Bishop, with whom she resided, and the late Earl Gregory Bishop, Petty Officer 1st Class, USN. Beloved aunt and great aunt of several nieces and nephews. Sister of the late John T. Santillo. Mrs. Bishop was born in New Haven Feb. 9, 1924 a daughter of the late John T. and Margaret Plunket Santillo and resided in Hamden since 1961. She graduated from the New Haven High School, class of 1942, and was a clerk at Horowitz Bros. for 20 years prior to retirement. Midge was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church, a member of 'Our Ladies League', and the NH Assoc. of Catholic Women. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT 2300 WHITNEY AVE HAMDEN Wednesday morning June 17 at 9:30. Mass of Christian Burial in Blessed Sacrament Church at 10am. Friends may call Tuesday from 5-8pm. Interment in All Saints Cemetery, Memorial contributions may be sent to the charity of one's choice.
