Martha Baldwin

Martha Verity Baldwin of Hamden and Chatham, MA, died peacefully at age 100 on January 30, 2014. She was born in Fall River, Ma on August 22, 1913 to the late Ben and Sara Rawston Verity. As a young woman, Martha attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, MA and Yale Art School in New Haven. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Frederic Baldwin and is survived by her son, Charles of Chatham, MA, his wife Carolyn, their sons, Colin and Jeffrey, and her daughter, Sally Skillin of Danvers, MA, and her husband Tom. Friends are invited to join Martha's family for her Funeral Service to be Celebrated at Trinity Church on the Green, 956 Chapel St, New Haven, on Wednesday, February 5th at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.
