Mary Renehan Dunn, wife of the late John F. Dunn of Hamden, passed away April 27, 2003. She was born in New Haven a daughter of the late William L. and Aglaee LaFrance Renehan and was a resident of Hamden. She is survived by her son, John M. Dunn of New Haven, a sister, Joan R. Beauchamp of Hamden, a brother, William L. Renehan of Charlotte, NC, a nephew, William F. Beauchamp and his wife Susan Redmore of Santa Cruz, CA. Mrs. Dunn was predeceased by a daughter, Joan A. Dunn. Memorial Mass will be Celebrated Friday, May 2, at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Hamden. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Arrangements in care of BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden. Contributions in her memory may be sent to ''Also Cornerstone'', 527 Whalley Ave., New Haven, CT 06511.

She was always so appreciative of even the smallest things. I also told Mary that if there were more people in the world like her, It would be a much better place.   4. I have many happy memories of our families together,from birthdays to Cape Cod vacations together. When Mary and my mom got together they were like silly girls again-Last yearthe two were admiring there new cars together and Mary was laughing about how she only wished it were blue! Mary and her Blue! We will miss her, At last she is with and Jack and Joan again. God Speed Mary, love Betsy

  5. I\’m so sorry to hear of Mary\’s passing. I\’ve worked with her for several years at the British Art Center and she had a special place in all of our hearts. We will miss her stories, her laughter and the wonderful spirit that she brought wherever she went. She really touched our lives and I will miss her dearly.

Mary will always share a special place in my heart for all the happy times over the years with my late husband Dominic and her late husband Jack – we always had such special times together when our children were young – I consider myself fortunate to have been a family friend all these years and God has a new angel up in heaven with Mary!
