Hoppe, Michael John Mr. Michael John Hoppe, age 56, passed away at his home on May 25, 2009. Michael is the father of Melissa S. Hoppe of Bethany; son of Margaret Patterson Hoppe of Bethany and the late Harris Hoppe; brother of Linda Dejlitko of Northford, James Hoppe of Bethany, Steven Hoppe of Meriden and the late Carol and Jeanne Hoppe. Michael was a machinist for the Rockbestos Company and a member of the Bethany Athletic Association. Friends are invited to visit with his family from 9 to 10 AM on Thursday, May 28, 2009 in BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave. Hamden and may attend his Funeral Service at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Bethany Congregational Cemetery. Contributions in Michael's Memory may be made to: Masonic Hospice Home Care, 33 North Plains Industrial Rd, Wallingford, CT 06492.

  8. My best memories of my dad will be times on the beach in cape cod and his loving nature. He was a hard worker and a great man who had great friends with good picnics and BBQ’s! He was the best Dad I could ask for!! I love you dad!!!
