  9. My late husband and I met Mr. Lipcan several years ago when his daughter Barbara and her husband Patrick moved to Summit, NJ. They were our next-door neighbors for many wonderful years. We had the joy of meeting Mr. and Mrs. Lipcan several times over the years when they would come down to New Jersey to visit. Mr. Lipcan loved to do woodwork, and we would often see him redoing the kitchen cabinets or other things that needed to be fixed. He was a very kind person and always willing to help people. My daughter and her family join me in sending our most sincere condolences to Barbara and Patrick Bagley, our very dear friends.
