Condolences to Nick’s family, neighbors and friends, and to Zasu and Kaiser – especially to William for all you have done.
Nick is an inspiration for his strong spirit, his giving nature and nurturing ways. He led our Emanuel family through many challenges over the past two decades, never discourged in whatever befell us – never losing faith that our Lord would see us through. He led with encouragement, positivity and a can-do attitude, all while giving thanks and praises to God. He is a hero in my eyes and I will miss his kindness, council and encouragement in the physical sense, but know he lives on forever with Christ Jesus.
Nick was my next door neighbor for decades. He was a good man and good friend to me and my parents. It was always nice to see him walking his dog Zasu and stopping in for a awhile to chat and have a cup of coffee. He will be missed.
