Orsolina Pallanti Spose

Orsolina Pallanti Spose, 98, wife of the late Louis Spose, formerly of 3 Leona Avenue, North Haven, passed away November 19, 2007 at Hamden Heath Care after a long illness. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Spose was predeceased by two sisters Antoinette Hubbard and Ida Lacoske. Mrs. Spose was born in Hamden on October 8, 1909, a daughter of the late Anthony and Sofia Meaci Pallanti and lived most of her life in North Haven. She was a parishioner of St. Rita's Church, a member of the New Haven Council of Catholic Women, the American Association of Retired Persons and the North Haven Senior Center. Funeral from BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 WHITNEY AVE., HAMDEN, Saturday, November 24 at 10:30 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Rita Church at 11 a.m. Family and friends may call Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30. Interment in All Saints Cemetery. Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
