MERIDEN - Pamela L. Hanson, 58, of 77 Royal Oak Circle died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2006 at MidState Medical Center. She was the wife of the late Stephen Hanson. Born in Meriden on August 20, 1948, she was the daughter of the late Raymond E. and Mary Erdeley Cyphers. She was a high school graduate and was employed in the bookkeeping department of Beaudoin Construction Company. She is survived by a son, Kevin Hanson and a granddaughter, Elena Hanson, both of Meriden. She was predeceased by a brother, Raymond A. Cyphers on Oct. 20, 2006. The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the Beecher and Bennett Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. The Rev. Alden Barnes will officiate. Relatives and friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service. If desired, conributions in Pamela's memory may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Hartford Chapter, 705 North Mountain Road, Suite G102, Newington, CT 06111, or to the American Cancer Society, 538 Preston Ave., P.O. Box 1004, Meriden, CT 06450.
