Pasquale 'Patsy' Grillo, 97, passed away on August 13, 2016 in Needham, MA. He was born in Italy, formerly of New Haven and Hamden, CT and Kennebunk, ME, and beloved husband of the late Anna Ruocco Grillo. He was born on May 2, 1919 to the late Giacomo and Raffaela Fraenza Grillo. Patsy will be lovingly remembered by his daughter, Patricia Markella and her husband John of Wellesley, MA; his son Robert Grillo and his wife Barbara of Kennebunk, ME; grandchildren, Lauren Markella of Boston, Carolyn Grillo of New York City, Scott Grillo of East Windsor, CT, John Grillo of Glens Falls, NY and Aaron Markella of Scituate, MA, and sister, Anna Abate of Branford, CT. Predeceased by his siblings, Louis and Anthony Grillo and Amelia Petronelli. Patsy was a Corporal in the US Army having proudly served during WWII. He was a specialized automotive mechanic most of his life for Marsh Motors in Hamden CT. Friends are invited to visit his family on Saturday, August 20th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden, followed by a Funeral Service in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. Burial with Military Honors in St. Mary's Cemetery following the Service.   1. When I acquired The Nelke Motor Company in 1966 Pat and his sidekick Lou Ruggiero were the mainstays of the service department. Their work was flawless, their loyalty to the Company unswerving. They played large part in making it possible for for me to succeed in running the dealership until I sold to Harold Marsh in 1983. I’am glad Pat lived to a ripe old age and trust that in retirement he had many good years. Jon Grossman
