Patricia Patti' Beckwith

Patricia 'Patti' Beckwith, age 76, of East Haven, formerly of West Haven, passed away in Conn. Hospice in Branford on December 27, 2015 after a long battle with cancer. Born in West Haven on January 19, 1939 she was the daughter of the late Andrew & Jenny Girasuolo Martino. Patti is survived by her daughter Darlene Richetelli & her husband Michael 'Scooter' of West Haven; her son Richard Beckwith & his wife Margaret of West Haven; brother Thomas Martino & his wife Pat; grandchildren Stacey & Peter Richetelli and AJ, Matthew & Catie Beckwith; sister in-law Barbara (Duncan) Campbell and many cousins, nieces, nephews and a host of friends. She was predeceased by her former husband Lewis 'Red' Beckwith. Patty had a zest for life and loved to follow her grandchildren with all their endeavors, whether it was dancing, hockey or karate, she supported them in whatever they did. She worked for Casanova Chocolates, also the Yankee Doodle Coffee Shop and most recently was employed at the CVS on Branford Hill. Friends may visit with her family at BEECHER & BENNETT - TAYLOR FUNERAL HOME, 410 Campbell Ave, West Haven on Wednesday, Dec. 30th, from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and may attend her Funeral Service which will begin at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private. Contributions in her memory may be made to Conn.
