Pauline Wilkins Mendelson

In Wallingford, CT, Dec 25, 2000, Pauline Wilkins Mendelson 74, wife of the late Edward D. Mendelson of 22 Masonic Ave, mother of Richard E. Wilkins of Ansonia, CT, sister of Margaret Bacon of Bristol, Ettamae Kowcyski of San Diego, CA and the late Lee Wilkins and Dorothy Woodward. Mrs Mendelson was born in Wilton, ME on May 3, 1926 a daughter of the late Maurice L. and Ruby Benn Wilkins. Also survived by 5 grandchildren. She was clerk at Pratt & Whitney retiring in 1963. She was active in the Grange in North Haven and Poinciana, FL, American Legion Aux in North Haven, 58 year member of Eastern Star-Golden Rod, American Red Cross of New Haven for 15 years. Funeral Service at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden, CT on Friday, Dec 29, 2000 at 6:30 PM. Friends may call Friday from 4 to 7 PM. Interment at Florida National Cemetery.
