Guestbook

  1. Peter was a fun teacher at Wolcott Tech, and a joy to work with. It is with great sadness that we heard of his passing. He helped out with our Thanksgiving Dinner and Breakfast with Santa Claus, and put his students first. He left a positive impression of every life he touched at Wolcott Tech. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Peter and his family.

  2. Our last visit with Pete was on Easter and all he could talk about was his visit with his children, Wally and Jody. Pete was a kind and gentle man and a great friend. Our condolences to the family on your loss.

  3. We think fondly of summers past with Peter, Jody and Wally- hanging out at the Whites’ parties or listening to music on Bloomfield green. Peter was an awesome cook. He was always helpful and friendly at our gatherings. Our heart goes out to the Phelps family at this time…wish Peter had more time with his children.

  4. I’m so sorry to hear of Peter’s passing. Peter enjoyed cooking and working with the students at O.W.T.S. I know for sure how much he loved his own children. They will always need to remember that about their Dad. My heart and prayers goes out to the Phelp’s family. Chef Reginald L Wright Jr. O.W.T.S. Culinary Arts Dept. Head retired
