Philomena Faye' Parker

Philomena 'Faye' Parker, age 95, of North Haven, passed away on July 1, 2018. Born in New Haven on June 8, 1923, she was a daughter of the late Anthony & Catherine (Pascarella) Zampano. Faye was the widow of Gerald Parker. She was a resident of Hamden most of her life and was a retired secretary for the former Sandvick Corporation in New Haven. Faye is survived by her sisters, Catherine Roehl & her husband William of North Haven, Elizabeth DePonte of Wallingford, and Anna Cocchiaro of North Haven; her brother Nicholas Zampano & his wife Joann of Northford; and several nieces and nephews. Faye was predeceased by her sister Carmel Meriano, and brothers James Zampano & Anthony Zampano, Jr. Friends are invited to celebrate her Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 10:00 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church, Hamden. Her interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery, North Haven. Arrangements are in care of BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave., Hamden.
