Aunt Phyllis it was a long hard road but we came out the way you wanted it. You were able to stay at home for almost the last day. Harley was watching and keeping you company the whole time. now he is with his new family with four other dogs to play with and I am told is very happy. I hope you and Uncle Al are together again and say hello to my Mom and Dad and Grampa. love you Michael
Phyllis, you were the best Godmother that anyone could ever ask for and you filled my life and my childrens’ with your love, kindness and generosity. You taught me the importance of capturing life in photographs and instilled the love of photography in me. I always enjoyed the photographic strolls down memory lane with you over the years and will miss seeing your latest photos, especially the eagles. I am sorry that you had to leave us, but happy that you and Al can be together again, along with Chico, Charlie, and Duncan. We love you and miss you! Aunt Phyllis,
In church last Mother’s Day the pastor talked about all of the people in your life who were not moms but were like a mom to you. He went on to thank them for the motherly work they did. Thank you Aunt Phyllis for being one of those people for me. Although you were not able to have your own children you treated all your nieces and nephews like they were your children. You were the glue that held the Daniels family together. We consider ourselves blessed and very thankful to have had you in our lives. I will forever cherish our memories together. You taught us love, kindness and the importance of family. The boys and I got an education and experience in Eagle watching when we visited. You shared your love of horses and dogs. We will miss you dearly but hope you are visiting with Uncle Al, Bill Sr., Zack, Lillian and the rest of your family. Love, Kevin, Amy, Colton, Aidan and Lexi.
