Richard Thomas Houle, 46, of Waterbury passed away on August 19, 2013. He was born in Southington on June 20, 1967 and grew up in Meriden before moving to Waterbury. Rick was an avid fisherman and talented artist who enjoyed tattoing as well as oil painting. He was the son and step-son of Bonnie and Joseph DeAngelo of Fort Myers Beach, FL, brother of Wendy (Cory) Haiko of Stafford Springs, CT and Josh (Stacey) Scofield of Enfield, CT, step-brother of Joseph and Brian DeAngelo, grandson of Lydia Ceritto of Middletown, CT and Life Partner of Lynn Oneill of Waterbury. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering on Sunday, August 25th from 3-5pm at the Beecher and Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, 48 Cook Ave, Meriden.
