Bubby was a long-time golfing buddy of my father’s and I can also remember my childhood fire drills at St. Stephen School when I thought it was .cool. to know the Fire Marshall who showed up to run them. I’d like to think my father Don welcomed Bubby just inside the heavenly gates and handed him a golf bag to play a quick round!
