Ruth Blaney Egner
Ruth Blaney Egner, 87, loving wife of 55 years of Rev. Harry R. Egner, Assistant Chaplin of Elim Park Baptist Home, Cheshire, passed away April 11, 2007 after a brief illness. She as born in Watertown, NY, April 29, 1919 a daughter of the late John and Laura Cooper Blaney. The Egner's served Baptist churches for over 50 years in the states of NJ, PA, IA, MA and CT. She was a graduate of the Pierce Business College of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia Bible Institute. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, April 16, 2007 at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of the Elim Park Baptist Home. Rev. Glenn B. Havumaki will officiate.
