Scott Duell, 68, of Bristol passed away suddenly on October, 9 2015 in Waterbury. He was born on March 21, 1947 to the late Chet and Phyllis Service Duell. Scott is survived by his Aunt Bette Noonan, Cousins Trisha Noonan LaMontagne and Elizabeth Noonan Calandra, his extended family Mary Lou and Joe Freitas and thier children Juan, Nino, Marina, Savannah, Ricky, and Molly, cousins of the Noonan, Service and Duell families, the members and staff of CRI, BARC, and GEARC. Scott enjoyed listening to all kinds of music but especially hard rock. He loved spending time with all of his friends at the various emergency rescue personnel facilities including police/fire stations and ambulance companies. Scott also enjoyed going to church, spending time with his family, construction, wrestling, dogs, dining out and his endless cups of coffee. Scott's family would like to give a heartfelt thanks to the staff at CRI, BARC, and GEARC for their loving care for Scott over the years. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday October 29, 2015 at 11am at Bethany Covenant Church 785 Mill Street Berlin, CT 06037. They ask that donations in his memory be made to Bristol Adult Resource Center (BARC) 621 Jerome Avenue Bristol, CT 06010.
