Betsy and David, I was so saddened to hear about your Mom. She was such a peach. I remember so many fond memories of 4th of July fireworks at her house. She was such an amazing woman and just such a kind person. My condolences to you both on her passing.

Dear Children of Shirley,
My dearly beloved Mother was Catherine Gunn Dinnean who is here on the Beecher and Bennett website near you to your beloved Mother. They were friends from SNET. While going through things looking for something I wanted for my Mother’s Memorial Mass , I found a photograph of my Mother, your Mother and their friend, Lois Macuga, taken in Vermont. Our dear Mother’s would travel together to Queeche, Vermont to visit Lois for a few days , sometimes a few times a year, in those lively, healthy years they had after their retirement. I will let Lois know your Mother died when I write her about my Mother’s death. As my Mother always signed, -Love and God Bless-. I wish you peace of mind and heart. Blessings, Cornelia Gunn Dinnean, Katie’s daughter.
