Sylvia J.P. Warner

Sylvia J. P. Warner, age 96, of Hamden, passed away on February 13, 2017. Sylvia was born in Eastborne, England on March 13, 1920, the daughter of the late Edward Reddick & Charlotte Reddick. She is survived by her daughter, Jean Koepke, son, Edward Warner and his wife Marianne; grandchildren, Cindy Koepke & Jessica Warner, great-granddaughter, Valentina Iriarte, and sister, Hazel White, all of Hamden. Sylvia was predeceased by her daughters, Roberta Piscitelle & Victoria Bartone; her sister, Winnie Reddick, and her brother, Owen Reddick. Moving from England at the age of 25, she lived most of her life in Hamden. Sylvia was a saleswoman for Sears Inc. for nearly 40 years before her retirement. She loved spending time with her family and will be remembered for greeting everyone she met with the words 'hello love.' In her spare time she always enjoyed knitting. Friends may attend her Funeral Service on Saturday, February 18th at 1:00 PM at BEECHER & BENNETT FUNERAL HOME, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden. Interment will be private.
