Thomas P. Halloran, 77, of Cheshire, passed away on May 7, 2016. He was the beloved husband and friend of Sandra Glade Halloran for 55 years. Besides his wife, Tom will be remembered by his sons, Thomas and Jeffrey, both of Cheshire, and daughter, Heather (Paul) Sepkowski, of Cheshire. Beloved grandfather to Bradley Thomas & Cayla Halloran and Ashley Sepkowski. Predeceased by his sister, Rosemary Cartier. Tom was a proud US Marine, having been the mechanic for President Eisenhower's helicopter. During his service he was also a drill instructor, where his son Tom became the mascot. A self-taught singer and drummer, Tom's talents allowed him to fulfill his dream of having his own band for 30 years; first as Third Edition, then Soft Winds, followed by Hold Tight, which he shared with his sons for many years and cherished the memories. For 30 years he was employed by the Regional Water Authority, and as a child he was the pitcher at St. Mary's School. Tom was a strong proud man who did it 'my way.'
