Thomas William Bell

Thomas William Bell, 67, passed away on November 17, 2015, at his residence after a battle with cancer. Born in Wrightsville, GA on May 22, 1948 to the late Jimmie and Rebecca (Cullens) Bell. Thomas was one of nine children born in this union. Meriden has been his home since 1970. He worked at Newcomb Springs until his retirement. Thomas will be remembered by his significant other, Laura Moses, his children, Thomas, Denise, Jason Bell & Harriett Moses all of Meriden; eight grandchildren; brother, Jimmie Bell, Jr, ; sisters, Alice King, Lizzie Elbert, Phyllis Shaw, & Viola Williams. Friends may visit with his family on Monday, November 23rd from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT- FLATOW FUNERAL HOME, 48 Cook Ave., Meriden. A Funeral Service will take place in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. followed by a burial in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
