Rest in Peace Victor. May the Lord hold you in the palm of His hand.
We were lucky enough to have Victor as our neighbor on Fort Myers Beach Florida. He was always a gentleman and had an amazing memory- he knew everyone by name and always had a smile on his face. He will be missed by those of us who knew him. We just regret that Bay Beach Lane did not get paved before he passed- a passion of his while he lived here. Our sincere condolences to Katy and his family
