Guestbook

  1. Alfred & family, our deepest sympathies on the loss of your beloved Nana. Mrs. Shwab…she always wanted me to call her Vi…was my Mom’s best friends since kindergarten. Vi was a lady in every sense of the word. She & Paul attended our wedding in 1980 & every family event over the years. Vi was family. Our heart aches for you Alfred. You have repaid every devotion that your Nana had for you. Our sincerely condolences, Cliff & Heidi

  2. Viola was a wonderful woman, kind and caring. I knew her from Church, we were Saturday night folks, it was a small group. I am so sorry for your loss, may you find peace in your memories

  3. Vi and Paul were our neighbors in Madison for many years. It would be hard to find two nicer people. Vi always spoke very fondly of you, Alfred, and I know it was a comfort to have you near. She was a special lady and will be missed. Our most sincere sympathy to you and your family. Sincerely, Sharon & Richard Bower

  4. I have been a family friend of the Muellers for 50 years. I was business partners with Jack Mueller and three-time president of the New Haven Home Builders Association. When in need of a secretary, we brought in Jack’s sister, Viola. She served as association secretary for many years, and as witnessed by many members, she was the best secretary the association ever had.
My brother, John, and I have enjoyed a wonderful relationship with the Mueller family. We extend our sincerest condolences to them.

  5. Hello, My mom has been reminding me to call to wish Vi happy birthday. Sorry to learn she passed. We knew her health was poor and she couldn’t speak. She was a dear lady. I had called often and there was no answer. When I did speak to someone, they said Vi couldn’t come to the phone. Privacy issues prevented further discussion Can’t believe my dad George has been gone so long. Mom celebrated her 100th May 30. She has good days and bad days. Had cataract surgery last spring. Dad, mom and Vi were close in spirit. My mom told me she had only 12 wedding photos made and they gave one to Vi and her mom. I also tried to contact you via Facebook to keep in touch. Vi loved you so much, plus your cousins. Our sympathy to you all. Linda Schmaelzle Lmschmaelzle@yahoo.com
