You are my Grandma on the East Far away, but part of me You came to visit as did I We rolled on roller skates throughout the day, as other Grandma\’s watched in shock as you became engaged with me I travelled when I was a teen to be by your side all day through, you teased me for the humidity as I lay on your couch tired and free You and Grandpa spoke about as I watched your love continue on Today I sit, a day before your wake and hope for your strength through the day I only wish I knew you more my lively Grandma, piercings, freedom and all Your love of life has taught me much Your hand in mine, angeled blue eyes will remain with me, till I travel myself to your new home Heaven awaits my dear Grandma I promise to see you soon in hopes of knowing your spirit true!! Love one of your Granddaughters, Lori Grandpa, I love you.
