To the family of Mrs. Kelly:
We offer our deepest condolences to all of you. Mrs. Kelly, along with her husband Bill and her mother, were our neighbors on Hartford Turnpike, North Haven, for many years. We remember her beautiful floral gardens of which she was so proud, her fun times at the casino and her love of card playing and spending time with her sister Sonya and family members. She was very close to our parents, Nick and Teresa Rapuano, and our children loved spending time at her house when they were young. We know she will be missed by many.
With sincere sympathy, Judy Rapuano-Wall and husband Bob and Janet Rapuano and husband Jerry Hammond and their families Â
