Perron, Violet L. Violet Lorita Perron, age 76, of Magee Dr. Hamden, passed away peacefully at her home on March 25, 2008. She was born on August 22, 1931 to the late Roland and Therese Violette Perron. Violet took great pride in her work as a nurse. She took her career very seriously but more important was that she truly enjoyed what she did. Violet worked in the West Haven V A Hospital for many years after time spent working in hospitals in Ohio. When she wasn't taking care of the sick, she enjoyed sewing, reading, taking care of her pets and spending time with her friends. Anyone who came across Violet was sure to like her. She will be greatly missed by her cousins Bob & Pat Brazus, Terri & Bill Rowland, Pauline MacDonald & her two very dear friends, Jan Edmond and Collette Foley. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday March 28, 2008 at 11 AM in the Church of the Ascension, Hamden. 1. Mom and I will miss Vi. There are many memories of getting together with she and her mom, Jan and her Mom and my Mom and me. We had good times and I will miss them and I will miss her. She was such a good person. Loved to go out and enjoy a great meal. I’m also glad that I got to visit with Vi during her illness. In spite of it all and her medical problems, we all managed to get laughing about one thing or another. My sympathy to her cousins and good friends. She was truly loved and I’ll miss her.

  2. Pat and I will sorley miss my cousin Vi. We had many wonderful holidays together as well as going to see country singers peforming in the area. She was one of the most giving persons I have ever known and loved her pets as much as anyone could. A great and good part of our family is now gone but at least now she will be with her Mom and Dad.
