William Kirk, 68, of Meriden passed away March 16, 2021. Born in Waterbury on October 10, 1952, a son of the late Sydney and Irene Morrison Kirk, he is survived by his loving daughters; Kasey and her husband Matthew of East Hampton and Kristine and her husband Ovidio of Meriden, siblings; Deborah Kenealy, Mary, Rose, and Timothy Kirk, Shawn Parker, and Thomas Kirk. He is also survived by his grandchildren; Alana, Isabella, Gabriela, and Viviana. William was predeceased by his wife of 36 years, Kathleen Freeman. William worked in manufacturing at Southwick & Meister in Meriden for over 20 years until his retirement.
A Memorial Service celebrating William’s life will be announced and held at a later date at the convenience of his family. Beecher & Bennett-Flatow Funeral Home, Meriden is in care of arrangements.

Billy, so many memories from the past come flooding into my mind. We had some really good times at Beavers with the gang and concerts that we all went to. Thanks for being Mike and I’s best man at our wedding 46 yrs. ago…wow, a lifetime ago. We thought of you often and will miss you. Rest in peace my friend. l
