  1. I had the privelege to first meet Bill when I was a floral designer at Dietter’s Florist and Garden Center in the early to mid 8o’s. Bill was humorous, sensitive, and easy to get along with (and fun to be with too). Most of all, he was a gentleman who loved his family and .life.. I saw him several years ago, but then lost touch. It certainly was an honor to have known him. He is now finally home. May peace be with you. Rosemary Schaeffer
